Connecticut: @AccessHealthCT named among best places to work in CT for 3rd year in a row

HARTFORD, Conn. (March 25, 2022) — Access Health CT (AHCT) today announced that it was honored by the Hartford Business Journal (HBJ) and Best Companies Group as one of the “Best Places to Work in Connecticut.” This is the third, consecutive year AHCT has been named as a top workplace by the HBJ. The honorees were recognized at a ceremony at Farmington Gardens last night. The annual program was created by the Hartford Business Journal and the third-party research firm, Best Companies Group.

The “Best Places to Work in Connecticut” is a survey and awards program dedicated to identifying and recognizing the area’s best employers. It is managed by the independent research firm Best Companies Group, and winners are honored by the Hartford Business Journal.

To be considered, a company must be for-profit, not-for-profit or a government entity/municipality, have operations in Connecticut, have a minimum of 15 full-time or part-time employees working in Connecticut, and must be in business a minimum of one year.

HBJ and Best Companies Group establishes the “Best Places to Work in Connecticut” list by using a two-part survey process. The first part is a survey given to employers detailing company policies, practices, benefits, and demographics. The second part is an in-depth survey given to employees about their experience with the company. The rankings will be published in an upcoming issue of the Hartford Business Journal.
